Vertical Trees, Horizontal Trees

A connection-based chart that arranges parent, child, and grandchild data in a single direction. When arranged vertically, it is called a vertical tree; when arranged horizontally, it is called a horizontal tree. A connection-based chart that arranges data in multiple directions is called a multi-directional tree.
