Team project sharing

Share reusable visualization projects with team members while keeping each member's working copy independent.

Team project sharing

Team plans support sharing visualization projects with a group. A team leader can provide a reusable project to members, who can then work from their own copies.

Leader and member roles

The subscriber acts as the team leader and shares project files with other members.

  • Leader: creates, manages, and shares projects
  • Members: view shared projects and edit their own copies

This makes it clear which project is the maintained source while still giving members room to adapt it to their work.

Independent working copies

Members can edit and save their own copy of a shared project without changing the leader’s original project.

This supports uses such as shared templates, department-specific variations, and learning copies for individual members.

Benefits for team workflows

A shared toolset and reusable projects can help teams:

  • make visualization workflows easier to inspect
  • reduce dependence on one specialist
  • help less-experienced members learn from working examples
  • discuss results using the same data structure and tools

Plans for different team sizes

Team plans are available for groups of 5, 10, or 30 members. Existing accounts can also be considered when setting up a team.

See the Pricing page for current plan details.
